Bellas Fashionistas To Host 3rd Annual Latina Golf Outing & Awards Dinner In NY‌ 

Bellas Fashionistas will host its 3^rd Annual Latina Golf Outing Tournament & Awards Dinner on September 17, 2024. The event will benefit the Bellas Fashionistas Foundation, which is exclusively dedicated to the education and advancement of Latina Women.

Now in its third year, in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, Bella’s iconic Latina Golf Outing is the first to be hosted in the State of New York. This day is set aside for prominent leaders, executives, business owners, and their mentees to network.

“I cannot believe it has already been 10 years! We still have a lot of work to do for our Latina community – to provide access to opportunities as we continue to forge new pathways, along with our partners, from a local to a national level,” said Fleriser Bello, CEO of Bellas Fashionistas Foundation.

This is an exciting season for Bellas Fashionistas. Bellas will be celebrating 10 years of advocating and championing the success of Latinas across the nation. In addition, Bellas will unveil the organization’s newest plan to continue serving the Latina community. To mark this memorable milestone and to celebrate the newest venture, we kindly ask that all attendees wear Bellas’ signature color, fuchsia.

This year, Bellas will highlight the philanthropic efforts in honoring the achievements of prominent Latinas, known as some of the top trailblazers who are paving the way for the next generations of Latinas. This year’s honorees are Quenia Abreu of the New York Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Madeline V. Marquez of Ponce Bank. Dr. Denise Nuñez of Divino Niño Pediatrics and Elizabeth Berman of Inca Kola USA.

The Golf Outing Tournament and Awards Dinner will be held at Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Course, located at 870 Shore Road in Bronx, NY. The event will start at 11:00 a.m. with a business panel discussion with several well-known business leaders. Bellas’s mission is to change the narrative of Latina women by providing access to opportunities and shaping the youth to become women of value.
