Sikorsky Awarded $49.9 Million Army Deal to Upgrade Black Hawk Engines
The Stratford, Connecticut, maker of the UH/HH-60M Black Hawk received a contract modification to integrate and qualify the Improved Turbine Engine, lifting the deal's total value to nearly $138 million through 2030.

STRATFORD, CONNECTICUT — Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., the Stratford, Connecticut, builder of the Army’s UH/HH-60M Black Hawk, received a $49.9 million contract modification to fit a more powerful engine onto the service’s workhorse helicopter, as announced on war.gov.
