WASHINGTON D.C. — Donald J. Trump amplified a federal maintenance report on the statue of Baron Friedrich Wilhelm von Steuben, the Prussian officer who trained George Washington’s army, saying the National Park Service had cleaned and waxed the Lafayette Park monument.
