LINCOLN, NEBRASKA — General Dynamics-OTS Inc., the Lincoln, Nebraska, munitions subsidiary of defense giant General Dynamics, received a $33.9 million Army contract to build empty BLU-129/B low collateral bomb cases as announced on war.gov.
