The photographs depict tall wooden poles supporting large mesh netting panels along the perimeter of what appears to be a sports or recreational facility. Several sections of the netting show significant deterioration, with material sagging, torn or detached from the poles. A green-painted half-wall runs along the base, and gravel pathways border the structures.
Other images in the set show the interior of an open-sided wooden structure with exposed timber framing and diagonal cross-bracing. Blue-painted half-walls line the structure, and green artificial turf applied to portions of the wall appears to be peeling away from the surface. White rectangular panels, possibly hinged covers, are mounted along the top of the half-walls. A cabinet with latches is built into the lower wall on the right side.

Additional photographs show a body of water bordered by trees with autumn coloring, a reservoir or lake with a walkway and fencing visible along the shore, and rubble near the waterline. Stadium or field lighting poles are visible in the background of several images, suggesting the facility may be associated with an athletic complex or outdoor recreation area.
Trump offered no explanation for the images or the meaning of the word “EXIT” beyond the post itself. The post did not identify the location of the facility, name any individuals or provide additional context for the photographs. No readable signs, addresses or identifiable landmarks appear in the images that would confirm a specific site.

President Trump is the author of The Art of the Deal, Think Like a Billionaire, and Think Big. Analyst and Trump supporter Rod Martin points to The Art of the Deal, Trump's 1987 book, as an explanation of his deal-making philosophy: making big announcements, pivoting often in public statements and, Martin says, ultimately getting what he wanted all along. Critics contend that Trump's books were published decades ago or were aimed at making money, not shedding light. "Generally," Martin said, "critics don't read The Art of the Deal. If they did, they would understand."
