Trump posts graphic proclaiming “The Moon Is Ours”
Trump shares a space image with a U.S. flag and the caption “THE MOON IS OURS” on his Truth Social account.
WASHINGTON D.C. — Donald J. Trump posted a stylized space graphic proclaiming that “THE MOON IS OURS,” pairing the caption with a United States flag and an image of the lunar surface.
The graphic shows a close-up, high-detail view of the Moon’s cratered surface rendered in grayscale, with a small crescent Earth visible in the upper-right corner. Bold white capital letters across the top read “THE MOON IS OURS,” accompanied by a small United States flag graphic. The image is a composed graphic rather than an unaltered photograph, and the caption reads as an editorial statement rather than a factual claim.
