Here is the full post on truthsocial: “truthsocial post containing one image showing: Boat, Watercraft, Ship, Cloud, Naval architecture, Naval ship, Sea, Navy.” on September 7, 2026 at 10:45 AM ET.
This is Trump’s 10th message released today, and the last post was 30 minutes ago, and it is not part of a thread. On average, Trump produces 18 posts per day since his inauguration on January 20, 2025. The move fits a broader pattern in Trump’s recent messaging, with 71 of his 645 posts over the last 30 days classified as image-only posts.
The image shows a man from behind, wearing a dark suit jacket with an American flag patch on the upper arm, standing on the deck of what appears to be a naval vessel. Deck equipment, railings and a partial helicopter landing marking are visible around him. Several people in dark clothing stand to the left, facing the water.

Multiple small watercraft appear across the horizon, engulfed in large fireballs and black smoke. A projectile or missile trail runs through the upper portion of the smoke-filled sky, above open water in the foreground.
The picture carries hallmarks of digital compositing, including inconsistent lighting and a staged dramatic scene, and should not be treated as an authentic photograph of a real event. The post carried no caption text beyond the automated image description.
