Here is the full post on truthsocial: “ Roger Marshall has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election as U.S. Senator from Kansas — HE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN! Trump” on September 18, 2026 at 2:16 PM ET.

This is Trump’s 8th message released today, and the last post was two minutes ago, and it is not part of a thread. On average, Trump produces 18 posts per day since his inauguration on January 20, 2025. The move fits a broader pattern in Trump’s recent messaging, with 80 of his 569 posts over the last 30 days classified as Elections posts.

“On November 3rd, go out and vote for Roger Marshall for the United States Senate,” Trump said in the video. “He will never ever let you down.” Trump said Marshall served in the U.S. Army and worked as a medical doctor in Kansas for over 25 years. In the video, Trump credited Marshall as a champion for strong borders, low taxes, the military, veterans, and Kansas farmers and ranchers, and said Marshall backed a bill to eliminate credit card swipe fees that could save families up to $2,000 a year.

Marshall, the Republican incumbent, is seeking a second term in the Senate according to foxnews. He wants to codify Trump’s desire to cap credit card interest rates for a year according to foxnews. Teamsters General President Sean O’Brien is backing Marshall, praising him for crossing party lines to champion pro-labor legislation according to foxnews. O’Brien said Marshall “has proven time and time again that he is a friend of labor” according to foxnews.

Hamilton is the lead pastor of Kansas’ largest Methodist megachurch and the Democratic nominee for the Senate seat according to foxnews. Marshall has attacked Hamilton, calling him a “megachurch pastor that’s too woke for Kansas” while speaking with reporters in Topeka according to cjonline. Marshall said Hamilton “told America that we need to repent from eating beef” in a state where the cattle industry drives agriculture according to kmbc.

Hamilton has defended his record, framing his positions as compassion rather than ideology. “When did caring about your neighbor, being concerned for children, being concerned for the poor and vulnerable become woke?” Hamilton said according to kmbc. “These are Kansas values.”

Trump has won Kansas three times, and Marshall holds the president’s endorsement according to kmbc. Recent polling by the Cook Political Report shifted the Kansas Senate seat from “solid” to “likely” Republican according to kmbc. Matt Harris, an associate professor of political science at Park University, described Hamilton as a heavy underdog who still has a chance according to kmbc.
