This is Trump’s 7th message released today, and the last post was two hours ago, and it is not part of a thread. On average, Trump produces 18 posts per day since his inauguration on January 20, 2025. The move fits a broader pattern in Trump’s recent messaging, with 23 of his 648 posts over the last 30 days classified as “Reposts & External Links” posts.

The video shows a speaker addressing the Oval Office alongside soldiers, describing a recent tour of the border in California, Arizona and Texas. “I toured the border in California, Arizona, and Texas,” the speaker said. He said he covered “hundreds upon hundreds of miles of border” by four-wheel drive, by river and from the air. “I didn’t see one illegal alien. Not a single one.”

The speaker said he had worked the border since 1984 and under six presidents. “No one has done more than President Trump,” he said. “What he has done is give us the most secure border in the history of this nation. Hard stop.” He said crossings had fallen sharply, telling the room that “the border is 96% decline, 96% less people are coming.”

The speaker praised White House aide Steve Miller and gave a shout-out to Fort Drum, New York, and the Army’s 10th Mountain Division, whose soldiers he said were present. He also acknowledged Claudia Tenney. “President Trump and this administration is saving thousands of lives every month,” he said. “Secure border means strong national security. Secure border saves lives.” The clip links to an Instagram® reel that Trump shared in the post, by mentioning the source (see instagram).
