Donald Trump posted a single image to Truth Social without accompanying text, adding to a run of wordless media posts on the platform he owns.

Here is the full post on Truth Social: “Image-only post containing one image, no text” on July 22, 2026 at 6:00 AM ET.

This is one message released by Trump today. On average, Trump produces about five posts per day since his inauguration on January 20, 2025.

The move fits a broader pattern in Trump’s recent messaging, with 53 of his 501 posts over the last 30 days classified as image-only posts.

Truth Social is the flagship product of Trump Media & Technology Group Corp., the company that trades on the Nasdaq under the ticker DJT. The company went public on March 26, 2024, through a merger with a special purpose acquisition vehicle, according to kutv.com. Trump holds a majority stake, reported at over 60% of shares, or more than 114 million shares, according to kutv.com.

The stakes fall on the company’s shareholders. Analysts have long noted that DJT share moves track sentiment toward Trump himself rather than the firm’s underlying business results, according to kutv.com. As of March 25, 2025, the stock traded near $22.87 and carried a market capitalization of roughly $5 million in reported valuation terms, a figure that fluctuates daily, according to financialcontent.com. Retail investors and Trump supporters make up much of the buying base, while early investors and short sellers sit on the other side, according to kutv.com.

For the average US reader, the post itself carries no direct effect on daily life. It matters mainly to people who own DJT stock or follow the platform, since Trump’s posting cadence and content drive engagement on a service that competes with larger social networks.

This has happened before. Image-only posts have become a regular feature of Trump’s Truth Social output, with 53 of 501 posts over the last 30 days falling into that category, according to Zenger analysis. Traders have at times speculated about company news tied to the platform, including chatter about a potential all-stock merger between Trump Media & Technology Group and a nuclear fusion energy firm, according to tradingview.com.

The next decision on Trump Media’s direction rests with the company’s board and its majority shareholder. A date for any new corporate announcement tied to this post has not been announced.

The blending of a sitting figure’s personal platform with a publicly traded company isn’t the first time media ventures have ridden a single personality. In the 1990s, Martha Stewart built Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia around her own name and image, and the company went public on the New York Stock Exchange in October 1999, according to britannica.com. When Stewart faced legal trouble in 2004, the firm’s share price fell sharply, showing how tightly the fortunes of such companies can bind to the individual at their center.
