WASHINGTON D.C. — Donald J. Trump said a military complex and a privately funded ballroom are rising at the East Wing of the White House, describing the project as on cost and ahead of schedule.

The structure will include a DronePort for delivering fabricated steel and will provide defense, offense and safety for Washington, D.C., and future presidents, Trump said on truthsocial. He said the work involves the U.S. Secret Service and the military, and that the ballroom carries no taxpayer cost.
