CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA — Burns & McDonnell-Jacobs MIDLANT M C JV, a Chesapeake, Virginia, engineering joint venture, received a $95 million architect-engineering contract to design projects across Marine Corps bases in the Carolinas, the Department of Defense said on July 31, 2026, as announced on war.gov.
